Sacred to the memory of MICHAEL HOWARD who departed this life Auguft 29th A.D. 1816 aged 36 years
and of his two sons MICHAEL SKEETE HOWARD
and JOHN ROBERT HOWARD
the former died six days previous to his father aged 4 years and 4 months
the latter was taken from his sorrowing mother ANN BELL HOWARD the 3rd September following
aged 2 years and 9 months
She inscribes this memorial to them as a testamony of her sincere affection to
an attached husband and of her tendernefs to two lovely infants
who were thus early removed dfrom this world of trouble
to a blefsed state of eternal happiness
