A member of His Majesty's Council of Domiica
who departed this life on the 4th day of September 1839
at the age of 53 years
35 of which (with a few short intervals) were spent in this Island
where he ably discharged his duty in private life
in both Houses of the Legislature
and in action against the French in February 1805
when serving in the St. Georges Regiment
of Militia
